You may be able to use NDIS funding for your purchase from The Goody Box Store purchase within the consumables budget of the recipients plan. Please follow the instructions to obtain a supporting letter from us for your purchase.
Once you have made your purchase, we will email you an NDIS approved receipt which you may use for reimbursement.
At the checkout, please select the "Plan Managed" payment option. We will send you a form to complete. We will then email you a letter of justification and an invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, your order will be processed.
At the checkout, please select the Agency Managed payment option. We will send you a form to complete. A Service Agreement will then be sent to the nominated person's email address provided. Once signed and received we will process your order.
